Acquisition:

  1. Unique Visitors: Count of distinct users visiting your website in a defined period.
    Formula: Distinct User IDs / Time Period
  2. Traffic Sources: Breakdown of visitors from different channels (organic search, paid ads, social media, etc.).
    Formula: Count of visitors from each source / Total Visitor Count
  3. Impressions: Number of times your product pages or ads are displayed.
    Formula: Total number of times ads/pages are shown
  4. Reach: Number of unique individuals who saw your product pages or ads.
    Formula: Number of distinct users exposed to ads/pages
  5. Cost per Acquisition (CPA): Total marketing spend / New customers acquired.
    Formula: Total Marketing Spend / New Customers Acquired
  6. Click-Through Rate (CTR): Clicks on your ad or link / Impressions.
    Formula: Clicks / Impressions x 100%

Conversion:

  1. Site Conversion Rate: Total orders / Website visitors.
    Formula: Orders / Website Visitors x 100%
