User Growth and Acquisition:

  1. New User Acquisition: Number of new users acquired in a given period (daily, weekly, monthly).
    Formula: New User Acquisition = Total Users at End of Period — Total Users at Start of Period
  2. Growth Rate: Percentage increase in users over a given period.
    Formula: Growth Rate = (New User Acquisition / Total Users at Start of Period) * 100%
  3. User Acquisition Cost (CAC): Average cost to acquire a new user.
    Formula: CAC = Total Acquisition Spend / New User Acquisition

User Engagement

  1. Engagement Rate: Average number of interactions (likes, comments, shares) per post.
    Formula: Engagement Rate = Total Interactions / Total Posts
  2. Active User Ratio: Percentage of users who interact with the platform in a given period.
    Formula: Active User Ratio = Number of Active Users / Total
